What is your shipping policy?

We generally ship via USPS within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 14 days for delivery. We also provide "express" shipping deliveries for an additional charge.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders can be placed directly from the web site, by phone, fax, email and by snail mail. We accept purchase orders, 30 day payable, checks, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or Diners Club. U.S. FUNDS ONLY.

How long is the rental time?

Your rental period is one (1) week from the date you receive the video until it is returned.

What are the Public Broadcasting Rights?

TV Public Broadcast Rights are NOT ALLOWED on any video. Only authorized in-house closed circuit TV is allowed, as well as for 'no charge' group and individual unlimited viewing sessions.
