Purchasing: The best way to order is with a credit card on this web site, using our secure shopping cart. Such orders are normally filled and shipped within seven business days if the item purchased is in stock, and within 30 days if it is not in stock.

Please inspect purchased videocassettes and DVDs immediately upon delivery. All sales are final unless an item is materially defective and is returned within 30 days.

Institutional Purchase Orders: Purchase orders may be placed through this website, by phone, by mail or by FAX. Orders are normally filled within seven days of receipt. Orders must include full shipping and billing addresses as well as the name and telephone number of the person authorizing payment.

To submit a purchase order via the web site, simply place the desired items into your Shopping Cart and continue to the Check Out process. When you arrive at the Payment Methods page, simply choose the Purchase Order option and submit your personalized order number. You will also be prompted to submit the name and phone number of the person in charge of billing. Soon after completing your order, a member of our staff will contact you to verify the Purchase Order number.

Prices: All prices on this web site are domestic list prices. They are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice. Video prices are for VHS cassettes in the U.S. (NTSC) standard. DVD prices are, unless otherwise indicated, for DVD-R copies. Our DVD-R copies are not region-encoded. They should play without problem on most recent DVD players or computers with built-in DVD players anywhere in the world. However, DVD-R compatibility is not universal nor guaranteed with all DVD players. Please be certain that your DVD player(s) will play DVD-R disks without problem before ordering from us in DVD-R format.

Shipping and handling charges will be billed. Appropriate California sales tax will be added if applicable.

Shipping and Handling: Materials are normally shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Shipping charges are: 1 tape is $15.00; 2-4 tapes are $25.00 and 5+ tapes is $35.00. A $10 fee will be added to all "Rush" orders. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Videocassettes: Quoted video purchase prices are for VHS cassettes in the U.S. (NTSC) standard. Video rental prices are for VHS cassettes.

DVDs: DVD prices are, unless otherwise indicated, for DVD-R copies. Our DVD-R copies are not region-encoded. They should play without problem on most recent DVD players or computers with built-in DVD players anywhere in the world. Rentals: Most of our titles are available for rental for $45 each. Sets rent at different rates, so call 707-445-1221 for the correct rental rate. Rentals are only in VHS format. The rental rate is for one week from the date you receive the video until it is returned. See above for shipping and handling charges. All rental orders must be placed directly to our office; they cannot be placed on this web site.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on all rentals. All items should be returned via UPS, DHL, or another trackable carrier so that they can be tracked and are automatically insured. Rental prices may be applied toward purchase prices within 90 days of the rental.

International Sales: All international orders must be placed in writing or via email at info@shenandoahfilms.com; they cannot be placed on this web site. Nearly all of the titles in our collection may be purchased outside the U.S. (Canada)

All sales prices quoted on our web site are domestic list prices in U.S. dollars. Video prices are for NTSC standard only.

Educational Exchange Privilege: Shenandoah Film Productions backs the educational usefulness of its titles with a one-year guarantee. Any title that does not fulfill its curriculum requirements may be exchanged within one year for a copy of another title with the same list price and in the same condition as the one returned. Copies returned for exchange must be in resalable condition and shipped to us prepaid and insured for their full list price.

Copyright Restrictions: All titles distributed by Shenandoah Film Productions are protected by international copyright law. No DVD or video in our catalog / web site may in any way be duplicated, altered, broadcast, electronically transmitted, digitized, edited, or shown where an admission fee is charged without our prior written permission. Violation of copyright laws is a federal crime. It is also unethical.
