Elders share their wisdom on the changing times leading to increased diabetes today. Community leaders describe how they work to make healthy choices easier in their communities. Youth, as well as people of all ages, show how they stay active and eat well. Goal - To support individuals, families and communities holistically by healthy eating and active living, supported by sustainable community based actions.
