The program explores different ways of preventing diabetes, such as improved diet and exercise as well as reduction of stress. For those with diabetes, the program emphasizes methods of maintaining good health and blood sugar levels. The video is designed for Native and non-Native health professionals, hospitals, and community groups seeking to provide diabetes information to First Nations.
