About Us

Shenandoah Films strives to be a resource of educational media to libraries, schools, tribal organizations, Native American studies programs & universities.  We offer a unique video catalog specifically examining the American Indian, Alaska Native and First Nations indigenous cultures of North America.

Many of our videos are produced from the indigenous perspective.  We represent over 60 American Indian, Alaska Native, and Canadian First Nations producers, filmmakers and distributors.

Our catalog includes diverse presentations on the topics of art, music and dance, cultural biography, education, health and wellness, substance abuse, tribal sovereignty and the environment, women’s issues and historical documentaries.

For more information on any of our titles, or to request a printed catalog please contact us at (707) 445-1221 or email us at shenandoahfilms@mac.com.
